Big news: Brave Commerce has been acquired by Rogers Media Inc.!

We are proud to announce that on March 16, 2012, Brave Commerce was acquired by Rogers Media Inc.

Over the past year we worked with the Mantella Venture Partners team to conceptualize, develop, launch, and operate North America's first mobile commerce platform, connecting mobile operators with local merchants offering daily deals. Through our partnership with Rogers Wireless, we brought Rogers Mobile Offers to the Greater Toronto Area, giving subscribers a one-of-a-kind, fully mobile daily deal experience.

As we venture into this next chapter with Rogers Media, we'd like to offer thanks to our loyal subscribers and merchants for their participation and support.

If you are one of our merchant partners, we want you to know that your contracts with us continue forward with no changes. If you are a subscriber who purchased a Rogers Mobile Offer, your vouchers are still valid under the terms of the original offer and our customer support will continue to be there for you going forward.
